1920. No. 31.

 

REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901–1916.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901–1916, to come into operation forthwith.

Dated this twenty-fifth day of February, 1920.

Amendment of the Telephone Regulations, 1913.

(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 349, as amended to date.)

Regulation 21a (1) is amended by inserting after the word “notice”, wherever appearing in that regulation, the words “in writing”.
