1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1) Amendment Determination 2007 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the commencement of Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the Communications Legislation Amendment (Content Services) Act 2007.

1. Amendment of Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1)

Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1).

1. Transitional

The amendments made by Schedule 1 do not apply in relation to the following:

(a)     a contravention, or suspected contravention of the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1) that occurred before the commencement of the amendments;

(b)     conduct taken, or proposed to be taken, under the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No  1) in relation to a contravention or suspected contravention of that kind;

(c)     a complaint under the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1) that was made before the commencement of the amendments;

(d)     action taken, or proposed to be taken, under the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1) in relation to a complaint of that kind.
