Telecommunications Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Telecommunications Act 1975.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23 November 1987.

The amount a reward for information as to damage to property is not to exceed

2. Regulation 43 of the Telecommunications Regulations is amended by omitting “$2,000” and substituting “$50,000”.
