Telecommunications Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Telecommunications Act 1975.

Prescribed amount for purposes of subsection 79 (1) of the Act

Regulation 42aof the Telecommunications Regulations is amended by omitting “$2,000,000” and substituting “$6,000,000”.
