Telecommunications Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Telecommunications Act 1975.

Amount prescribed for the purposes of section 79 of the Act

After regulation 42 of the Telecommunications Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

“42a. The higher amount for the purposes of section 79 of the Act is $2,000,000.”.
