1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Telecommunications (Recovery of ITU Budget Contribution) Determination 2006.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Definition

In this Determination:

ITU means the International Telecommunication Union.

1. Amount determined

The amount determined to be the proportion of the Commonwealth’s contribution to the budget of the ITU for the 2005 calendar year that is to be recovered from carriers is $1 512 435.
