1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Number Declaration Amendment Declaration 2004 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the date of its notification in the Gazette.

1. Amendment of Telecommunications Numbering Plan Number Declaration 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Number Declaration 2000.

(1)A premium rate number is available for allocation in accordance with Part 5 of Chapter 3 of the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997.

Part 2           8-digit premium rate numbers

1. Each number in the range 19 600 000–19 699 999 (inclusive).
