  1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Number Declaration 2004.

  1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on 5 July 2004.

  1. Freephone and local rate numbers available for allocation by auction

(1)The freephone numbers and local rate numbers available for allocation by auction, as set out in Part 5 Division 7A of the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997, are:

(a)all 6 digit numbers that start with 13; and

(b)all 10 digit numbers that start with 1300 or 1800, except the numbers described in subsection (2).

NOTE:    See subsection 3.39(2) of the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997.

  1. The freephone numbers and local rate numbers that are not available for allocation by auction are:

(a)the 10 digit numbers for International Country Direct services, described in Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Number Declaration 2000, as in force at the commencement of this Declaration; and

(b)the following 10 digit numbers:

1800 160 401

1800 975 707
