The AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY makes this Declaration under subsection 3.39(1) of the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997.

This Declaration is the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Number Declaration 2004.
Commencement
This Declaration commences on 5 July 2004.
Freephone and local rate numbers available for allocation by auction
(1)The freephone numbers and local rate numbers available for allocation by auction, as set out in Part 5 Division 7A of the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997, are:
(a)all 6 digit numbers that start with 13; and
(b)all 10 digit numbers that start with 1300 or 1800, except the numbers described in subsection (2).
NOTE: See subsection 3.39(2) of the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997.
The freephone numbers and local rate numbers that are not available for allocation by auction are:
(a)the 10 digit numbers for International Country Direct services, described in Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Number Declaration 2000, as in force at the commencement of this Declaration; and
(b)the following 10 digit numbers:
