1  Name

This is the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) (Allocation Charge) Amendment Determination 2017 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on 1 April 2017.

This instrument is made under subsection 13(1) of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997.

4  Amendments

  The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule.
