1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 (Amendment No.1 of 2018).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 

1. Authority

This Determination is made under subclause 6(3) of Schedule 3 to the Telecommunications Act 1997 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

1. Variation

The Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 is amended as set out in the Schedule to this Determination.
