I, Peter Dutton, Minister for Home Affairs, make this instrument under subsection 6(2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (the Act).

1  Name

This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities—New South Wales) Instrument 2020.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3Revocation

Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities— New South Wales) Instrument 2015 is revoked.

4  Emergency service facilities

For subsection 6(2D) of the Act, each force or service operating premises and the geographical region in which the premises are located are specified in the following table.
