I, ROBERT McCLELLAND, Attorney-General, make this Instrument under subsection 6 (2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Western Australia) Instrument 2011.
Commencement
This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
Revocation
The Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Western Australia) Instrument 2007 is revoked.
Definitions
In this Instrument:
Act means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.
WA ESF Declaration means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Western Australia) Declaration 2011 as existing on the commencement of this Instrument.
Emergency service facilities
(1) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the WA ESF Declaration, the Police Force of Western Australia operates the premises located in the geographical region of Midland.
(2) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the WA ESF Declaration, the Fire and Emergency Services Authority operates the premises located in the geographical regions of Belmont and Perth.
(3) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the WA ESF Declaration, St John Ambulance Australia (Western Australia) operates the two premises located in the geographical region of Belmont.
