I, ROBERT McCLELLAND, Attorney-General, make this Instrument under subsection 6 (2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Victoria) Instrument 2011.
Commencement
This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
Revocation
The Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Victoria) Instrument 2009 is revoked.
Definition
In this Instrument:
Victorian ESF Declaration means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Victoria) Declaration 2011 as it exists on the day this Instrument commences.
Emergency service facilities
For subsection 6 (2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979, each item in the table specifies:
(a) a force or service; and
(b) the premises that the force or service operates; and
(c) the geographical region in which the premises are located.
