Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979
I, PHILIP MAXWELL RUDDOCK, Attorney-General, make this Instrument under subsection 6 (2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Victoria) Instrument 2007.
Commencement
This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
Revocation
The Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facility — Victoria) Instrument 2005 is revoked.
Definitions
In this Instrument:
Act means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.
Victorian ESF Declaration means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Victoria) Declaration 2007 as existing on the commencement of this Instrument.
Emergency service facilities
(1) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian ESF Declaration, the Police Force of Victoria operates the premises located in the following geographical regions:
(a) Bendigo;
(b) East Ballarat;
(c) Glen Waverley;
(d) Mildura;
(e) Morwell;
(f) Wangaratta.
(2) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian ESF Declaration, the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board operates the premises located in the geographical region of East Melbourne.
(3) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian ESF Declaration, the Metropolitan Ambulance Service operates the premises located in the geographical regions of Doncaster and Port Melbourne.
(4) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian ESF Declaration, Rural Ambulance Victoria operates the premises located in the following geographical regions:
(a) Ballarat;
(b) Bendigo;
(c) Geelong;
(d) Morwell;
(e) Wangaratta.
(5) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to items 501 to 505 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian ESF Declaration, the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority operates the premises located in the geographical regions of Burwood East, Melbourne and Mount Helen.
(6) For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to item 506 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian ESF Declaration, Telstra operates the premises located in the geographical region of Windsor.
