I, ROBERT McCLELLAND, Attorney-General, make this Instrument under subsection 6 (2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Tasmania) Instrument 2011.
Commencement
This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
Revocation
The Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facility — Tasmania) Instrument 2007 is revoked.
Definitions
In this Instrument:
Act means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.
Tasmanian ESF Declaration means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Tasmania) Declaration 2011.
Emergency service facilities
For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act, each item in the table specifies:
(a) a force or service; and
(b) premises that the force or service operates; and
(c) the geographical region in which the premises are located.
