  1. Name of Instrument

This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — South Australia) Instrument 2012.

  1. Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Revocation

The Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — South Australia) Instrument 2007 is revoked.

  1. Definition

In this instrument:

Act means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

  1. Emergency service facilities

For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act, each force or service mentioned in an item of the following table operates premises located in each geographical region mentioned in the item.
