(1)This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities – South Australia) Amendment Instrument 2019.

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 6(2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.
