Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Communications Access Co‑ordinator) Specification 2016

Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979

I, GEORGE HENRY BRANDIS QC, Attorney-General, acting under subsection 6R(2) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (the Act), and for paragraph (b) of the definition of the Communications Access Co‑ordinator in subsection 6R(1) of the Act:

(a)revoke the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Communications Access Co-ordinator) Specification 2009; and

(b)specify the person holding or acting in the position of First Assistant Secretary, National Security Division, in the Attorney‑General’s Department.

This Specification commences on 1 March 2016 or registration, whichever is later.
