Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Communications Access Co‑ordinator) Specification 2009

Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979

I, ROBERT BRUCE MCCLELLAND, Attorney‑General, acting under subsection 6R (2) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (the Act), and for paragraph (b) of the definition of Communications Access Co‑ordinator in subsection 6R (1) of the Act:

(a)        repeal the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Communications Access Co‑ordinator) Specification 2007; and

(b)        specify the person holding or acting in the position of First Assistant Secretary, National Security Law and Policy Division, in the Attorney‑General’s Department.

This Specification commences on registration.
