I, PHILIP MAXWELL RUDDOCK, Attorney‑General, acting under subsection 6R (2) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (the Act), and for paragraph (b) of the definition of Communications Access Co‑ordinator in subsection 6R (1) of the Act, specify the person holding or acting in the position of First Assistant Secretary, Security and Critical Infrastructure Division, in the Attorney‑General’s Department.

This Specification commences on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Amendment Act 2007.
