This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Communications Access Co-ordinator) Instrument 2023

1. Commencement

This instrument commences the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3          Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 6R(2) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

Part 2             Repeal

4          Repeal of instrument

The Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Communications Access Co-ordinator) Instrument 2022 (No. 2) is repealed.
