Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Amendment Act 2008
I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Amendment Act 2008, fix 1 July 2008 as the day on which items 20 to 25 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
