1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Telecommunications (Date of Imposition of Charge) Determination 2005.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

1. Date of imposition of charge

For subsection 18 (2) of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997, 3 April 2005 is determined.

Note If a carriage service provider holds an allocated number at the beginning of a day determined under subsection 18 (2) of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997, charge is imposed on the number. The Act requires the day to be in April.
