This Determination is the Telecommunications (Costs Attributable to Telecommunications Functions and Powers) Determination 2009.
Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
Amount
The amount determined to be the proportion of ACMA’s costs for the 2007–2008 financial year that is attributable to ACMA’s telecommunications functions and powers is $23,053,329.
