These Regulations are the
Telecommunications (Compliance with International Agreements) Regulations 1997 .
These Regulations commence on 1 July 1997.
For clause 2 of Schedule 3 of the
Telecommunications Act 1997 (definition of listed international agreements), an agreement mentioned in the Schedule is a listed international agreement.
