Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997

The AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA AUTHORITY makes this Determination under subsection 14(1) and paragraphs 15(1)(a), 15(1)(c) and 15(1)(ca)  of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997.

1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Revocation Determination 2014.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

Revocation of determinations specifying annual charge

The following Determinations, made under subsection 14(1) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997, are revoked:

(a)the Telecommunications (Annual Carrier Licence Charge) Determination 2005 (FRLI No. F2005L01429);

(b)            the Telecommunications (Annual Carrier Licence Charge) Determination 2006 (FRLI No. F2006L01803);

(c)the Telecommunications (Annual Carrier Licence Charge) Determination 2007 (FRLI No. F2007L01536);

(d)the Telecommunications (Annual Carrier Licence Charge) Determination 2008 (FRLI No. F2008L01855);

(e)the Telecommunications (Annual Carrier Licence Charge) Determination 2009 (FRLI No, F2009L02068);

1. Revocation of determinations specifying costs attributable to the ACMA’s telecommunications functions and powers

The following Determinations, made under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997, are revoked:

(a)the Telecommunications (Costs Attributable to Telecommunications Functions and Powers) Determination 2005 (FRLI No. F2005L01398);

(b)the Telecommunications (Costs Attributable to Telecommunications Functions and Powers) Determination 2006 (FRLI No. F2006L01808);

(c)the Telecommunications (Costs Attributable to Telecommunications Functions and Powers) Determination 2007 (FRLI No. F2007L01538);

(d)the Telecommunications (Costs Attributable to Telecommunications Functions and Powers) Determination 2008 (FRLI No. F2008L01871); and

   The Telecommunications (Recovery of amounts paid under section 136C of the Telecommunications Act 1997) Determination 2009 (FRLI No. F2009L02014) is revoked.

1. Revocation of determinations specifying amounts under paragraphs 15(1)(a), (c) and (ca) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997

The following Determinations, made under paragraphs 15(1)(a), (c) and (ca) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997, are revoked:

(a)the Telecommunications (Specification of Costs by ACMA) Determination 2010 (FRLI No. F2010L01469);

(b)the Telecommunications (Specification of Costs by ACMA) Determination 2011 (FRLI No. F2011L01400); and

(c)the Telecommunications (Specification of Costs by ACMA) Determination 2012 (FRLI No. F2012L01237).
