DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 15(1)(d) No. 1 of 2012
I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, under paragraph 15(1)(d) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997, determine that the estimated total amount of grants likely to be made during the 2011-2012 financial year under section 593 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 is $2 077 000.
