DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 15(1)(b) No. 1 of 2010
The AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION (‘the ACCC’) makes this determination under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 and determines that the proportion of the ACCC’s costs for the 2008-09 financial year that is attributable to the ACCC’s telecommunications functions and powers is $11,767,358.
