DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 15(1)(b) No. 1 of 2009
The AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION (‘the ACCC’) makes this determination under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 and determines that the proportion of the ACCC’s costs for the 2007-08 financial year that is attributable to the ACCC’s telecommunications functions and powers is $10,803,739.
