DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 15(1)(b) No. 1 of 2005
The AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION (the ACCC) makes this determination under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 and determines that the proportion of the ACCCs costs for the 2003-04 financial year that is attributable to the ACCCs telecommunications functions and powers is $6,433,348.
