1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2007.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 July 2007.

1. Carrier licence application charge

The amount of charge imposed on an application for a carrier licence under section 7 of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 is $2 500.

1. Revocation

The Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2004 is revoked.
