1  Name

This is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Amendment Determination 2017 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 9(1) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997.

4  Amendment

  The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that Schedule.

Omit “$2 076”, substitute “$2 122”.
