Telecommunications (Application Fees) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby make the following Regulations under the Telecommunications (Application Fees) Act 1989.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Application Fees) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Telecommunications (Application Fees) Act 1989.

Application fees

3. For the purposes of subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the fee fixed for an application of a kind specified in column 2 of an item in the Schedule is the fee set out in column 3 of that item.
