1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Telecommunications Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3Amendment of Telecommunications Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications Regulations 2001.
