I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, make the following instrument under subsection 23(2) of the Telecommunications Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

This Determination is the Determination under subsection 23(2) (No. 1) 1998 (Amendment No. 1 of 2012)

2              Commencement

   This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 

3              Variation

The Determination under subsection 23(2) (No. 1) 1998 is amended as set out in the Schedule to this Determination.

In the definition of “specified joint venture”, insert the words “or product” after the word “profit”.
