(Capital) Regulations
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the Australian Telecommunications
Corporation Act 1989.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be
cited as the Telecom (Capital) Regulations.
Capital
2. Section 71 of the Telecommunications Act 1975 continues to
have effect as if the amount by which the sum of the amounts determined under
subsection 71 (1) of that Act exceeds the sum of the amounts determined under
subsection 71 (2) of that Act were reduced by 25%.
