[1] The Decision [[2013] FWCA 1463]] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 7 March 2013 is corrected as follows:

By deleting paragraph [3] and replacing with the following:

[3] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 14 March 2013. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2015.
