TED WATKINS (A PSEUDONYM)
v
THE QUEEN
[2016] HCASL 91
M27/2016
The applicant requires an extension of time in order to bring his application for special leave to appeal. To grant an extension would be futile. The application for special leave does not disclose any matter that would justify the fragmentation of the criminal process and is an inappropriate vehicle to consider the questions raised by the application. Special leave is refused.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5 of the High Court Rules, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
