TECHNICAL EDUCATION TRUST FUNDS ACT 1967—ORDER
Gordon Samuels, Governor.
I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 6 of the Technical Education Trust Funds Act 1967, do, by this my Order, with effect on and from 1 July 1997:
designate the Coachbuilders 1914–1919 War Memorial Bursary Trust, of the Statutory Trustee of those Funds respectively, and
the Institute of Mechanical Engineering Craftsmen Trust and the
TAFE Bicentenary Oliver Shaul Scholarship Trust as Funds for the
purposes of that Act, and
specify, in relation to those Funds, the office of the Managing Director
of the TAFE Commission as the office referred to in section 3 of that
Act, and
specify, in relation to those Funds, “Trustee of the Coachbuilders
1914–1919 War Memorial Bursary Fund”, “Trustee of the Institute ofMechanical Engineering Craftsmen Prize Fund” and “Trustee of the

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this Order is to extend the operation of the Technical Education Trust Funds Act 1967 to the Coachbuilders 1914–1919 War Memorial Bursary Trust, the Institute of Mechanical Engineering Craftsmen Trust and the TAFE Bicentenary Oliver Shaul Scholarship Trust. This Order specifies the Managing Director of the TAFE Commission as the Statutory Trustee of the Funds designated by this Order and adds the names of three new Funds to the list in the Schedule to the Act.
