BY-LAW
(Relating to the A H Martin Memorial Prize)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Technical Education Trust Funds Act 1967, has been pleased to approve the By-law set forth hereunder.

In pursuance of the Technical Education Trust Funds Act 1967, and as Statutory Trustee of the A H Martin Memorial Prize Fund, I hereby make the By-law set forth hereunder and certify that I have had regard to the intention of the donor of that Fund, as expressed by the trust instrument relating to that Fund.

The Technical Education Trust Funds (Colleges) By-Law 1985 is amended by omitting clause 8 and by inserting instead the following
clause:
A H Martin Memorial Prize Fund
8. (1) This clause relates to the A H Martin Memorial Prize Fund. (2) The A H Martin Memorial Prize Fund maybe awarded to the
student at a college who obtains the highest aggregate of marks in the
final year of the Building Supervisors Post Trade Course.1991—No. 596
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this By-Law is to amend the Technical Education Trust Funds (Colleges) By-Law 1985 so as to provide that the A H Martin Memorial Prize Fund is to awarded on the basis of results obtained in the Building Supervisors Post Trade Course rather than in the (now discontinued) Building Foreman and Clerk of Works Course which it has replaced.
