HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Technical and Further Education Act 1974, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Technical and Further Education Regulation 1975 is amended by omitting from clause 5 the matter "12" and by inserting instead the matter "13".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Technical and Further Education Regulation 1975 so as to increase, from 12 to 13, the number of members constituting the Council of Technical and Further Education.
