Teachers Registration Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Teachers Registration Act 2000 .10 December 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Teachers Registration Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 January 2002. 3InterpretationIn these regulations – Act means the Teachers Registration Act 2000 ; fee unit means a fee unit calculated in accordance with the Fee Units Act 1997 . 4FeesThe fees specified in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the matters specified in that Schedule. 1. Application for registration or provisional registration	133.34 fee units
2. Application for a limited authority	71.43 fee units
3. Application for renewal of registration	123.81 fee units
4. Replacement certificate of registration or certificate of limited authority	38.10 fee units

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) These regulations prescribe certain fees payable in respect of –

(a) applications for registration, provisional registration, a limited authority to teach at a school and renewal of registration; and (b) replacement of a certificate of registration and a certificate of limited authority.
