Teachers Registration Amendment Regulations 2003

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Teachers Registration Act 2000 .2 June 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Teachers Registration Amendment Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 July 2003. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Teachers Registration Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 substituted Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted: Schedule 1Fees

2. Application for a limited authority

71.43 fee units

3. Application for extension of registration

61.90 fee units

4. Application for renewal of registration

61.90 fee units

5. Annual registration fee

61.90 fee units

6. Application for extension of provisional registration

61.90 fee units

7. Replacement certificate of registration or certificate of limited authority

38.10 fee units

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) These regulations amend the

(a) applications for registration, provisional registration, a limited authority to teach at a school and renewal of registration; and (b) applications for extension of registration and provisional registration; and (c) annual registration; and (d) replacement of a certificate of registration and a certificate of limited authority.
