Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Teacher Registration Regulations

1824 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 14 June 2016

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2016.

Part 2 - Teacher Registration (General)

3.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Teacher Registration (General)
Regulations 2012.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

(1) In Schedule 1:

(a)	in item 4(a) after "section 18(a)" insert: of the Act
(b)	in item 4(b) delete "section 18(b) -" and insert:

section 18(b) of the Act -

(c) in item 7 after "section 44" insert:

of the Act

(2) Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Fable.
