AN ACT to amend the Teacher Education Act,

1972-1974.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the

section 50 a section as follows-

Notwithstanding section 50, for the and any award or industrial agreement thereunder, the Council is the employer of the staff and employees of a college, but the salaries and wages payable to members of the staff and employees, and all other remuneration, allowances and amounts payable to members of the staff and employees under the terms and conditions of their service or in connection with their service, shall be paid out of the funds available to the Board of that college. .
