AN ACT to amend the Teacher Education Act, 1972.

[Assented to 17th October, 1974.1

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Teacher and citation.

In this Act the Teacher Education Act, 1972 is referred to as the principal Act.

and those associations shall be the recognised means of communication and negotiation between academic staff, other salaried staff,
