Application for approval of the TDL Contractors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2023
TDL Contractors Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the TDL Contractors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 2 June 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 25 May 2027, being 4 years from the date of approval in accordance with s.186(5) of the Act.
