I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 1995 .14 May 2001

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) These regulations reduce, from $200 to $100, the annual administration fee that is payable by the holder of a perpetual taxi licence.
