Taxi Industry Amendment (Extension) Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Taxi Industry Act 1995 .22 March 1999

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Taxi Industry Amendment (Extension) Regulations 1999 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Taxi Industry Regulations 1996 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 35 amended (Expiry) Regulation 35 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "31 March 1999" and substituting "1 July 2000".
