Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Taxi-car Control Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 1991. Regulation 42 amended

2.    Regulation 42 (1) of the Taxi-car Control Regulations 1986* is amended—

(a) in paragraph (c) by inserting after "Rockingham," the following-

" Swan, ";

by deleting "850 and such portions of the municipal districts of the " 1739, sheets 1 to 6, and such portions of the municipal district of

the Shire of Kalamunda ".
